While continuing to have his super-speed like abilities, Omni-Enhanced XLR8 can now supercharge his speed by revving up his wheels. Doing this allows his plasma-tail to multiply and grow rapidly. His energified tail can also shock his enemies. XLR8 also continues to have quick reflexes and his sharp claws.
